Services as part of the preparation of your bike sharing project

1: Online interview session

During this initial meeting, we will give you an introduction to the services of 1 2 Drive and clarify with you which modules you actually need for your project. We will then prepare an individual cost estimate for you. Our complete offering includes bicycles, infrastructure and our software with app, website and back office system as well as services and insurance. 2: Introductory workshop

3: Project management

4: Setting up on-site bike sharing and back office system

We deliver bikes, charging stations and parking facilities to you on site and ensure that everything is set up so that your users can start riding their bikes. This includes charging the locks and bikes as well as test runs for booking. Before your bike sharing project begins, we also transfer all of your relevant data completely to our back office system. 5: Abnahme

You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and we will make final adjustments if necessary. Our maintenance service and the 1 2 Drive hotline for your users also start with the final acceptance. Once you have accepted your purchase, bike sharing is now in your hands.

6: Training

Before your employees, customers and guests use bike sharing, it is necessary that your team becomes familiar with the system. As part of a training course, we will explain the app to you in detail and give you a detailed introduction to all the functions of the back office system so that you can use both independently. You also have the opportunity to test locks and storage systems with us and ask our employees questions.

7: Mobility Day

Informing and inspiring people is important so that your bike sharing is actually accepted by your target group. We would be happy to advise you on which marketing strategies make sense online and offline and specifically with regard to your target group. We will also explain to you how you can easily and specifically use infrastructure elements and your bike sharing website for your advertising.

8: Marketing

If defects are reported via our app, our service employees receive a notification so that problems can be resolved promptly.
