Smart locks are crucial to making bike sharing as easy as possible for you and your target groups. They not only serve to secure the bikes, but their intelligent functions make them an important component in the entire booking process. At 1 2 Drive you can choose between smart locks, which can be easily opened and closed using the app, and complex locks with GPS, which we purchase from our partner company I LOCK IT. All locks are completely keyless!

Locks without GPS

With these simple locks, your employees, customers and guests can open or lock booked bikes anytime and anywhere using their smartphone and the 1 2 Drive app. In addition, the locks have an integrated 110 dB alarm, which deters attempted theft and thieves. The locks are compatible with most bikes and are firmly installed by our service team, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Locks with permanent GPS tracking GPS theft tracking

Would you like to start your bike sharing project as worry-free as possible? Then use our I LOCK IT with GPS theft tracking. These smart locks can also be easily opened and closed using the 1 2 Drive smartphone app and are attached to the wheels of your fleet by us. They also have an integrated 110 dB alarm that sounds loudly if someone tampers with the lock.

This smart lock also offers a great extra function: it automatically registers if the bike moves suspiciously while the lock is closed. Our software evaluates whether this motion alarm is an indicator of theft in each case. The location of the bike can also be tracked if necessary.

Schlösser mit GPS-Tracking

Diese Schlösser sind die beste Wahl, wenn Sie nicht nur Ihre Bike Sharing Räder schützen möchten, sondern gleichzeitig mehr über Ihre Zielgruppe erfahren wollen. Durch das permanente Tracking können Sie die Wege Ihrer Fahrradnutzer nachvollziehen. Das hilft z. B. Städten und Kommunen dabei, zu erkennen, welche Strecken besonders häufig genutzt werden und wo Fahrradwege weiter ausgebaut werden sollten.

Wichtig ist aber, dass Sie vor der Entscheidung mit Ihrem Datenschutz-beauftragten sprechen. In manchen Organisationen wird ein permanentes Tracking aufgrund von Datenschutzbestimmung nicht gewünscht. In jedem Fall müssen Sie das Einverständnis der Fahrradnutzer einholen. Gerne unterstützen wir hierbei mit einen abgestimmten Vertrag zur Auftragsdatenverarbeitung nach DSGVO und einer Datenschutzerklärung.

Zudem gilt es zu beachten, dass die Schlösser mit permanentem GPS-Tracking aufgrund des erhöhten Energiebedarfs nur bei Rädern mit externer Stromversorgung genutzt werden können, z.B. E-Bikes oder Räder mit zusätzlichen Photovoltaik-Modulen.
