Thanks to our smart locks and modern parking systems, we offer you very good protection for your bikes. For example, with us you have the option of choosing locks that sound an alarm as soon as the bicycle moves while locked. GPS tracking is also possible.
However, theft can never be 100 percent ruled out. If you have taken out theft insurance, in this case you will receive a claim settlement from the insurance company within the scope of the insurance conditions after you report the theft.
You want your bike sharing to be used diligently by your target group. But more use also means more wear and tear. However, with good insurance you don't have to worry about this. The provider covers the costs according to your contract.
